Shipping Policy
Your items will be carefully packed to ensure their safety. We've been packing sea shells for a very long time. Please let us know if you encounter any problems. Processing your order may take 1 to 2 days. Once shipped, delivery may take 1 to 5 days.
Most shipping is done via USPS and all packages are tracked via delivery confirmation. Large heavy orders may be shipped UPS.

Out of USA...
We are no longer shipping any shells out of the United States of America.
For your information, the following items cannot be shipped out of the USA. Pink Queen Conch, Pink Conch Roller, Pink Queen Conch Horn, Gigas Clam, Sea Horse, Coral, Left Hand Lightning Whelk, China Clam, or Bear Paw Clam. These items cannot be shipped out of the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
We carefully hand pick and inspect our products for their quality and beauty. If for any reason your are unhappy, you may return your items for a full refund of the purchase price not including shipping. Returns must be postmarked within ten days of the actual date your purchase arrives.
